Start a Return or Exchange
Start your return using our self-service returns center. You'll need your order number and zip code to get started.
For exchanges, start a return, then select Shop Now. You'll receive store credit to make your new purchase.

Return Policy
If you don't love your new gear, you may return it in as-new condition within 30 days of your purchase's shipping date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.Â
If you're past the 30-day window, you can sell your bag on the Tortuga Trading Co resale marketplace.
You can try on your bag, do a test pack, and wear it around the house before returning it, but please don't take it on a trip. Evidence of travel or usage, including white scuff marks, stains, odors, or excessive pet hair, disqualifies a return from eligibility for a refund or exchange.
Once we receive your return and confirm it's in as-new condition, we'll issue a refund for your purchase.Â
Please allow up to 5 business days from the date we receive your return for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment unless you choose store credit.
Note:Â We do not refund shipping costs.
Gift cards are final sale. Gift cards never expire, and you may return any products you purchase with your gift card per our normal policy for credit back to your gift card.
