Travel Backpack Pro 40L

I've spent 5 years traveling with different iterations of the Tortuga travel backpack and I literally won't travel with anyone else. I travel for a living and have to be able to pack enough to live across multiple climates, and I have no problem fitting everything I need into my Tortuga.

My friends and I traveled to 4 countries in 2 weeks and having this backpack to carry all my belongings helped make my experience great. I had to wear my backpack a lot yet I had no shoulder pain from it. It was very comfortable to wear.

Loved the new backpack that I ordered in time for a trip backpacking through Thailand. It was the perfect size and housed enough clothes for 2 full weeks (thankful for Thai Laundry services) and room for gifts!

I travel almost every month and I used to bring a carry-on and a backpack as a briefcase. Now I only carry one bag and I love always having my hands-free when I’m going through airports.

This backpack worked great for a 17 day Europe trip with many train rides and stairs. I would pack less next time but it held my overpacking and lots of comfort gear for the plane.

I packed two pairs of jeans, a pair of shorts, joggers, a sweater, two lightweight jackets, a heavier jacket, two pair of shoes, underwear, socks, four shirts, and toiletries. I still had room in there for some knick knacks I bought. It holds a lot!

Much better than rolling anything through cobblestone streets or gravel or trying to carry up stairs. The waist belt transfers weight well, and the adjustable shoulder straps and suspension system are key for this 6’ tall guy.

The pack rested nicely on my hips which was great for waiting in line at customs. And I have issues with my back getting "twingy" after a long day walking, so that says a lot!

Love this backpack. The exterior feels rugged and tough like a tank. While the interior is smart and feels luxurious like a Mercedes.

You can pack a ton of stuff in it, and it's still super comfortable to wear. And I love the organizational features and the various adjustments you can make so that you can dial in the fit and feel just the way you like it.
